To use certain features, you must create an account and connect your Facebook and/or Instagram business profiles. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with our pricing and billing terms displayed at checkout. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
All content, features, and functionality of Velya, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Velya or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Velya relies on third‑party services such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for core functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and policies.
Velya is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velya and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velya, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
