User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook and Instagram Platform Policies, Velya provides users with clear methods to request deletion of their personal data collected via our services.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Velya and wish to delete any or all associated data, you can use one of the following methods:

  1. In Velya Dashboard: Log in to your Velya account → navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data and follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. Via Facebook Business Integrations: Go to your Facebook account settings → Business Integrations → select Velya → click Remove and confirm data deletion when prompted.
  3. By Email: Send an email to velyaiassistant@gmail.comfrom the address linked to your Velya account. Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

What Happens After Deletion

  1. Once your request is processed:

    • All stored messages, leads, and connected account data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
    • We will revoke any API tokens or permissions granted via the Facebook/Instagram Graph API.
    • Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and compliance purposes, but it will not be personally identifiable.
